KUALA LUMPUR: A delegation from the People’s Republic of China Housing and Urban-Rural Development Ministry (MOHURD) and the Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT) were given a tour of SkyAwani 3, which received a world gold award at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024.
The China delegation included MOHURD Minister Ni Hong and multiple senior MOHURD officials. The tour comprised the development’s SkyBridge, a residential unit and facilities. SkyWorld founder and executive chairman Datuk Seri Ng Thien Phing was also present at the tour.
