PETALING JAYA: Chin Hin Group Bhd (CHGP) has launched Avalton By The Water, a resort-inspired high-rise living in the Melaka state. CHGP also announced a partnership with property management company MapleHome to manage its developments.
Phase 1 of Avalton By The Water spans 6.6 acres while the entire masterplan measures 19.3 acres. Overlooking the Malacca Island, the development comprises 539 units across seven residential blocks. Phase 1 will feature units with sizes from 760 sq ft to 850 sq ft, with a starting price of RM508,000.
Avalton By The Water is located along Jalan Melaka Raya 35 and is near popular landmarks such as A Famosa, Jonker Street, the Melaka River Cruise, and Little India. It is also located within a short distance from Mahkota Medical Centre and Melaka Hospital. The developer said the masterplan includes a 10,000 sq ft convention hall to serve as a premier event destination, and Avalton By The Water will be integrated with fixtures by Signature, CHGP’s home and living brand.
Meanwhile, CHGP’s partnership with MapleHome provides the group’s developments with professional property management with hotel-style services, routine maintenance and housekeeping for asset value preservation, and market insights to maximize rental returns.
Present at the launch were CHCP’s project general manager Cheng Kim Hee, board adviser Ngian Siew Siong, executive chairman Datuk Seri Chiau Beng Teik, managing director Chiau Haw Choon, chief executive director Chang Tze Yoong, and marketing and sales senior general manager Tan Zijin.
