It will continue to own and operate its plantation business on the remaining 1,389 acres of the Malakoff Estate.
PETALING JAYA: Boustead Plantations Bhd 
has disposed of three parcels of land totalling 343 acres in Penang for RM136.04mil.
It said that agreements to sell the land were signed with Sunrich Conquest Sdn Bhd for the disposal of one parcel of land and Titanium Greenview Sdn Bhd for the disposal of two parcels.
“The land forms part of the home division of Malakoff Estate, which is located at the northern part of the mainland of Penang,” it said. The proceeds will be used to repay bank borrowings.
It will continue to own and operate its plantation business on the remaining 1,389 acres of the Malakoff Estate.
