PETALING JAYA: Yesterday saw dynamic developer Bön Estates holding its first collaborative event with the public, in the form of a snazzy event dubbed “The Bloc Party”.

The event invites young professionals, first-time home seekers as well as property investors to share their unique thoughts, ideas, and feedback within an activity rich, food generous, and a music filled atmosphere.

The purpose of “The Bloc Party” is to welcome honest opinions and insightful perspectives that will finally shape the company’s next installment.

Local based delicious coconut creamery which churns unique dessert experience was also served at “The Bloc Party” using coconut milk as the foundation and well known for its ‘Signature Series’ serving four scoops of premium coconut ice cream in a half coconut shell.

“People are at the heart of what we do at Bön Estates, therefore it makes sense to involve them and make them part of the process.

“With our upcoming project, we are taking it to another level, by inviting young buyers to be involved from the very onset, including them in the conceptualisation process so that they have a say in how they want to live in the future,” said Goh.

Placed within with affluent northwest of the Kuala Lumpur, Bon Estate will construct 40-storey towers, spread across a land expanse of four acres.

The affordable to mid-luxury units will be sold between RM400,000 and RM800,000, offering practical and well-thought units with configurations ranging from 650 sq ft to 1,200 sq ft.

The highlight of “The Bloc Party” is that future buyers of the Mont Kiara development by Bön Estates can begin configuring future units that would soon be offered, for starters via tailoring the Type A and Type B of the upcoming property.

Guests attending will be able to decide for themselves as to how desired units in future may be fashioned, for example via the implementation or removal of elements such as flexible or non-flexible living spaces, a wet kitchen or yard or office or study room, or the inclusion of an 800m sunken bathtub as opposed to a normal shower.

Additionally, one would even be able to decide if or not one's living room would open up to a balcony, as well as choosing between the installation of traditional windows as opposed to a Juliet balcony with safety railings, inviting the outdoors into the master bedroom of one’s desired unit.

The developer’s newest high rise offering in Mont’ Kiara aims to deliver an address that satisfies the ambitions of a young generation, but in a way that also connects them with their surrounding community in a more personal and meaningful manner.

Goh added, “Flanking our newest residential high rise installment in Mont Kiara, we also plan a commercial provision, gifting our residents with an ease in access to chic F&B, as well as retail excellence set within a sustainable environment.

Those interested to take part in this event should head over to the Art Printing Works located on 29 Jalan Riong in Bangsar, as “The Bloc Party” would be taking place here from today till Sunday (July 23rd). For development updates and events by this developer, visit bonestates.com.
