PETALING JAYA: Property developer Bon Estates celebrated with home owners the milestones reached at The Estate South Bangsar, the developer’s flagship development. The fully sold residential high-rise project is now 70% occupied with an appreciation value of more than 60% since completed in 2021. 

At the appreciation event, group chief executive officer Goh Soo Sing expressed his elation at witnessing his vision for The Estate come to fruition. He noted the heart-warming stories of friendships that have blossomed among neighbours, underlining the development of a vibrant and sustainable community.

The evening's programme featured light shows and a spectacular pyrotechnic display. Home owners were treated to a sumptuous spread of canapés and a live BBQ station. In conjunction with the coming mooncake festival, home owners were presented with a custom-baked, three-foot-diameter mooncake to signify unity and togetherness.

Bon Estates was joined by brand partners Porsche Malaysia and Remy Martin, and a special appearance by renowned bartender, David Hans, and music deejays Terrence C and Daaliyah. 

Also present were chief executive officer Chan Jin-Wy and The Estate management committee chairman Stephanie Marie Bacon.
