PETALING JAYA: Bangsar Hill Park Development (BHP Development) has topped out Verdura, the first phase of the Bangsar Hill Park condominium. Verdura has also achieved a 99% take-up rate.
Located along Lorong Maarof, the Bangsar Hill Park condominium is a joint venture between Sunsuria Bhd (Sunsuria) and Suez Capital. Verdura was launched in 2020 with a gross development value (GDV) of RM961mil. Spanning two 57-storey towers, Verdura’s built-ups range from 917 sq ft to 1,478 sq ft.
“The topping out ceremony is significant as it marks the completion of Bangsar Hill Park’s first phase and a step closer to realising our vision of developing homes that embody innovation, community, and sustainability. Like an oasis of calm and relaxation, Bangsar Hill Park represents a new era of high-rise living, offering a breath of fresh air to the mature neighbourhood of Bangsar,” said Sunsuria chief project officer Wong Chiew Meng at the topping-out ceremony.
Also present were BHP Development project head Vincent Chong, assistant chief project officers Ter Chen Yi and Ter Chen Hong and Sunsuria Asas managing director Chuah Chew Hai, while other attendees from Sunsuria included executive director Datuk Simon Kwan, group chief executive officer Tan Wee Bee, and founder and executive chairman Tan Sri Ter Leong Yap.
Verdura’s handover is expected by 2Q 2025. Following the positive response to Verdura, BHP Development launched Bangsar Hill Park’s Phase 2, Talisa, in January. With a GDV of RM1.1bil, Talisa comprises Block B and C, with built-up sizes ranging from 917 sq ft to 1,478 sq ft, and at selling prices starting from RM914,000. It also offers facilities such as an Olympic-length swimming pool, a kids’ waterplay area, a whirlpool, a floating platform, onsite healthcare services by Sunsuria Care Hub, and a pet-friendly rooftop. Talisa is also a GreenRE Silver development.
