Bandar Mahkota Banting planned as a green estate, an escape from the busy city life

LIVING amid the elements of Mother Nature may seem farfetched, especially within thriving Banting town. However, developer Sanjung Merpati Sdn Bhd hopes to recreate the estate environment of the past – with a dash of modern architecture in the designs of the buildings.
The 292-acre freehold residential estate, named Bandar Mahkota Banting, will be enhanced by a commercial hub. This developer hopes that the project will be the first integrated township within the Banting-Jenjarom locale.

The entire township is laced by a scenic lake, giving some lucky residents the impression of owning lakeview homes.
The residential expanse is also great for fishing enthusiasts because the entire precinct is guarded with anti-climb fencing which will provide a safe and protected living environment to the thriving community that will soon occupy the township.
Feedback from home buyers has been outstanding, with Phase 1 recording up to 50% take-up rate while Phase 3 is fully sold.
As of now, all homes are selling from an affordable price of RM423,000 each. The next residential phase of Mahkota 2 will be launched in the near future.
