PETALING JAYA: The federal and state government housing agencies will be organising the largest ever nationwide home expo named “Ekspo Jualan Perumahan - Ke Arah Sejuta Impian, Alami Gaya Hidup Sejahtera” aimed at increasing home ownership among Malaysians from all income levels.
This series of expos serves as a platform for the citizens to obtain relevant information on the various types of homes that suit their lifestyle and financial commitment.
The State of Perak will be the first to host the home expo at Ipoh Convention Centre, Perak from Mar 1 to 5.
In line with the state’s aspiration to ensure no one is left behind and left out, “Tiada yang tertinggal, tiada yang terpinggir”, close to 40,000 homes will be showcased and available for sale during this mega home expo.
Representatives from financial institutions and relevant agencies will be on duty to assist visitors on their queries and facilitate their homeownership journey at the expo.
The expo is a joint initiative between Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government, the National Housing Department (NHD), Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia, Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad, 1Malaysia Housing Projects for Civil Servants (PPA1M) as well as state government agencies.
