Ammar Yazid walks away with dream home at ARC@Austin Hills, JB worth RM302,500

PETALING JAYA: Andaman announced Ammar Yazid Mohd Yussof from Shah Alam as the winner of Andaman GRAB House@RM1, who will be walking away with an apartment unit of ARC@Austin Hills, Johor Bahru at the price of RM1.

According to statement, the 29-year-old Ammar Yazid became the grand prize winner of Andaman GRAB House@RM1, a campaign that has attracted over 10,000 participants since its launch last August.

“Our sustainable growth is based on creating fresh, new ideas on a regular basis. So the  campaign was created to target exposure to the public and further increase prospects and followers’ engagement to take action, visit our website and learn more about our latest projects,” said Andaman managing director Datuk Sri Vincent Tiew in his welcome speech at the grand finale held recently.

Andaman GRAB House@RM1 was a property campaign that provided participants a chance to purchase a unit of property at just RM1.

Last August, Andaman engaged Wonderlist as the mobile application platform to run this campaign.

Participants were required to download and sign up with Wonderlist App on their mobile, click like on Tiew’s “larger than life” Facebook fan page, then enter a lucky number ranging between 1 and 99,999 to join the campaign.

The campaign successfully garnered an overwhelming response of more than 10,000 participants when it closed at the end of 2016. It also reached out to over 350,000 people through various platforms including social media marketing with over 150,000 shares on FB alone.

The grand prize of the campaign is a freehold apartment with a built-up area of 650 sq ft and valued at RM302,500. It offers two-bedroom, two-bathroom and two car parks.

The property is located in a prime location adjoining Austin Heights Golf & Hotel Resort and is 17 minutes away from the CIQ.

The development will be completed in the second half of 2019.
