Ancubic Group (Ancubic)  is poised to redefine the urban living experience by seamlessly integrating the daily necessities of life with the principles of environmental, social, and governance (ESG), alongside the innovations of tomorrow, all within a harmonious lifestyle.

With the soft opening of the Ancubic Harmoni Sales Gallery, held in conjunction with its Chinese New Year celebration, on Feb 25, the flagship integrated development project located in Mukim Tanjung Dua Belas, Kota Kemuning, represents a significant milestone in sustainable urban living.

Spanning nine parcels of land occupying over 33 acres, Ancubic Harmoni, with a potential gross development value of up to RM2.5bil, will feature a blend of professional medical and nursing centres, high-end retail and dining establishments, commercial buildings boasting botanical design elements, landscaped central squares adorned with fountains as well as high-rise residential areas.

Drawing inspiration from successful projects like Desa ParkCity and Publika, Ancubic is committed to delivering unparalleled excellence and value in the creation of unique mixed developments.

The soft opening also saw the signing of the memorandum of agreements with the stakeholders of Ancubic Harmoni.

Simultaneously, the group has forged strategic partnerships with esteemed enterprises and associations such as Village Grocer, Aurelius Hospitals and ESG Association of Malaysia, marking a significant milestone for Ancubic's expansion and collaboration efforts.

ESG Association of Malaysia president adjunct practice professor Cheah Kok Hoong said the government is taking a lot of initiatives in its efforts to nurture small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and enhance their resilience through the New Industrial Master Plan 2030.

With the help of key partners and Bank Negara Malaysia, the greening value chain programme is an excellent illustration of how the government ecosystem encourages carbon emission management among our SMEs, he pointed out.

“SMEs are the first line of defence for the economy so the current awareness of the ESG Association of Malaysia - our main objective is to create awareness and advice expertise to provide the right consultation and advice to the SMEs,” he said.

An example is Ancubic Group’s A-Park, an industrial concept development in Bangi, Selangor, focusing on rationality and efficiency, where it integrates green designs for every facility including road infrastructure, buildings and public spaces, he said, adding that it can help businesses save on energy and natural resources, reducing their overall carbon footprint and eliminating negative environmental impacts.

Taking a green stance

Similarly, ESG components will also be prominent in Ancubic Harmoni, reflecting the developer’s stance in ensuring sustainability within its development, not just in ESG matters but also in community enrichment.

TFP Retail group executive director Ivan Tan pointed out that having essential services is vital to any growing development, and having access to a wide range of groceries in a diverse neighbourhood is pivotal.

"High quality, freshness and wide varieties have always been the hallmarks of our grocery concept and strength contributing to the success of our Village Grocer Brand," he said  when commenting on the grocer’s entry into Ancubic Harmoni as one of the anchor tenants.

Situated within the vibrant growth region of southern Shah Alam, Ancubic Harmoni epitomises the fusion of smart lifestyle choices with natural surroundings, creating a rich botanical environment conducive to leading an urban lifestyle. The project's strategic location amidst 5,500 acres of matured townships like Kota Kemuning, Bukit Rimau, Bandar Rimbayu, Tropicana Aman, Eco Sanctuary and Twentyfive.7 positions it as a hub for modern living and community engagement.

Ancubic Harmoni's prime location along Persiaran Rimbayu and Persiaran Aman Perdana 2 offers residents easy access to nearby amenities and transportation hubs. With its commercial focus, the development enhances the quality of life for residents, offering a plethora of dining options, reminiscent of vibrant lifestyle destinations like Desa ParkCity and Publika.

Boasting excellent connectivity to major cities and transportation networks, including Kuala Lumpur City, Petaling Jaya and Cyberjaya, Ancubic Harmoni ensures convenience and accessibility for its residents. The master plan prioritises security and inclusivity, incorporating features like 24-hour security systems, escalators, walkways and cycling paths, enhancing the overall living experience.

Kuala Langat Municipal Council president Datuk Amirul Azizan Abd Rahim was equally pleased with the Ancubic Harmoni development noting that it would help spur the vibrancy of Kuala Langat.

In the past Kuala Langat was seen as a kampung area but over the years, it has transformed into a thriving area with many places of interest, especially with residential and commercial being developed by a number of prominent developers, he said, adding that he looked forward to seeing Kuala Langat gaining city status one day.
