PETALING JAYA: Agile Property has entered into a strategic partnership with Maybank Islamic to offer the HouzKEY homeownership programme, making it the first project in the Kuala Lumpur CBD.
The programme has three key features, including 100% financing, zero payments during construction and low monthly interest payments. Through HouzKEY, buyers do not have to pay a down payment or interest during the construction period, which reduces the burden on buyers.
However, applicants must be Malaysian citizens aged 18 to 70 and not already have more than one housing loan to qualify for the loan.
HouzKEY, along with the developer's current sales package that waives legal fees and stamp duty for the SPA and loan agreement, means that buyers can own their home in the KL CBD area with zero down payment.
Agile Bukit Bintang is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle. It is located directly across from the Prince Court Medical Centre, just 180m away from the Royal Selangor Golf Club, 350m away from Tun Razak Exchange and within walking distance of three MRT stations. It is also close to the fashionable and upscale Bukit Bintang area.
There are six different types of units, ranging in size from 625 sq ft to 1,139 sq ft and the project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
