PETALING JAYA: Agile launched its second development project in Malaysia, Agile Bukit Bintang, a high-end freehold project with a GDV of RM2.2bil last Saturday.
“Agile is looking to expand into Penang, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. We are planning to roll out in phases across three land banks we have acquired in Malaysia,” said Agile Malaysia chief executive officer Chai Keng Wai during the launch at the Bukit Bintang sales gallery last Saturday.
He said that the targeted date for vacant possession is Dec 2022.
The project is a joint venture by Agile Property and Tropicana Corporation Bhd. Targeting buyers of investors, T20 group and expats, the development is set to be the new landmark of Kuala Lumpur in 2018.
Agile is situated at the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur and is surrounded by a wide range of amenities and facilities.
The freehold mixed development comprises three residential towers, SOVO units and commercial lots on a total land area of approximately 3.76 acres.
Designed by DP architect based in Singapore, the facilities include a fitness room, swimming pool, jogging tracks, leisure area and recreation room.
The 10th floor is designed as tropical rainforest to create a green environment lifestyle, while the 60th floor is the Sky Garden overlooking the city skyline.
