Omni-channel platform StarProperty and its sister company Perfect Livin have joined forces to host a more holistic exhibition, combining the best of property development and home furnishing and appliances.
The event, held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, will buzz with excitement as award-winning and reputable developers share what is in the market with home buyers, investors and visitors alike.
Being held from Nov 19 to 21, the event runs from 11am to 9pm. This lifestyle fair will give home buyers and home shoppers a more complete experience as most homeowners would need to furnish their new homes.
What better way than to have both products under the same roof so buyers can enjoy the full spectrum from start to end, especially if they take advantage of a home that is covered by the ongoing Home Ownership Campaign (HOC).
These HOC-related homes are completed units, so the waiting period to move in is cut short as buyers need not wait for the property to be completed. Moreover, on top of the incentives offered by the HOC, each participating developer has its own set of promotions.
Various activities have been planned alongside the multitude of property displays by the participating exhibitors. They include Glomac Bhd, Tropicana Corporation Bhd, LBS Bina Group Bhd (LBS), Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing), Platinum Victory, Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd and Sunsuria Bhd.
Visitors to the fair will be able to grab exciting promotions offered by the participating developers. In addition, they stand a chance to win exciting prizes by taking part in a short survey or if the purchase of a property is made. Children at the event will receive balloons and puppets.
Among the promotions are Mah Sing’s Three Dose Campaign which coincides with the country’s ongoing country’s biggest vaccination programme. It offers three doses of home ownership boosters under the Now campaign, namely Own Now, Zero Now and Save Now, for selected units in the participating projects.
The first dose Own Now offers easy entry for buyers, facilitating easy loan approval with Maybank Houzkey. This is followed by the second dose Zero Now where the approach offers zero payments for buyers, namely zero downpayment, zero payment during construction, as well as zero legal fees on SPA and loan.
The whole process is complemented with the third dose, Save Now, which will see the campaign providing big savings with up to 50% off the monthly payments, savings on MOT and free furnishing.
The Vacc-Nation Bonanza by LBS offers a hassle-free home ownership package, topped with additional perks for the vaccinated. The incentives include HOC goodies, free legal fees, over RM1mil in prizes, loyalty rewards, zero exit fees, furnishing packages, among others.
Also offering free SPA and loan legal fees are Platinum Victory’s Vista Sentul Residences and Vista Saujana Residensi Wilayah projects, while Sunsuria has partnered with Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY to offer a simpler and more affordable home ownership financing solution to home buyers with its Yours to Own campaign.
With Putrajaya Holdings, home buyers can enjoy the Peace of Mind Deal with which they can have up to 50 months of instalment waiver, cash rebate of up to RM584,000 and a one-year maintenance fee waiver for condominiums.
The developer also assures that its projects can gain a loan tenure of up to 30 years for their home loan financing and a 100% financing scheme.
Visitors can also enjoy the many rebates and deals from property-related exhibitors under the care of Perfect Livin. Held simultaneously alongside the StarProperty Fair, home buyers can easily look for ideas and gain contacts to upgrade their homes.
Gifts and prizes will also be offered at the Perfect Livin exhibition. And with a total of 250 booths, there is something for everyone.
