PETALING JAYA: Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd launched and held a balloting session for two of their affordable housing projects, VISTA Wirajaya and VISTA Wirajaya 2 which was officiated by Federal Territory Minister, Datuk Seri Utama Tengku Adnan Bin Tengku Mansor at SJK (C) Wangsa Maju, Setapak.
According to the statement, around 1,000 people attended the event with some early risers turning up at 8.00am.
These two projects offered a total of 953 units. VISTA Wirajaya will have 515 apartments, and VISTA Wirajaya 2 will have 438 units.
Platinum Victory executive director, Gan Yee Hin said that the company is pleased to work hand in hand with the Federal Territory Ministry in providing affordable housing to the public in the city under its RUMAWIP (Rumah Wilayah Persekutuan) scheme especially for those who are first-time home buyers, as the price of each unit is fixed at RM300,000 for both projects.
“We at Platinum Victory has initiated our branding for all our affordable housing projects under the brand name VISTA Essential Homes by Platinum Victory. The reason why we decided to have this brand is that of the projects that we offer is on par, if not better than the rest out there,” Gan added.
The event also saw Deputy Federal Territory Minister, Datuk Loga Bala Mohan and President of People’s Progressive Party, Tan Sri M. Kayveas giving support. Also in attendance were Platinum Victory managing director, Gan Yu Chai; director, Gary Gan and executive director, Gan Yee Hin.
Moving forward, VISTA Essential Homes with Platinum Victory will have more launches to come as the company is very committed to supporting the affordable housing initiatives by the Government as a premier community developer.
