PETALING JAYA: The Malaysia Property Exposition (MAPEX) 2024. which will be held from June 21 to 23 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC) in Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur, has received encouraging support and response from 30 exhibitors.
To be held from 10am to 9pm, the event will be officiated by the Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability Minister Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad on the opening day.
Organised by the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (Rehda) together with the Selangor and Kuala Lumpur branches, MAPEX will be featuring properties both under construction and completed, offers of attractive financial packages and the participation from agencies including Jabatan Perumahan Negara (JPN) and Tribunal Perumahan dan Pengurusan Strata (TPPS) under the Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT), Jabatan Wilayah Persekutuan, EPF, Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA), Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS), and Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK).
MAPEX committee chairman Datuk Chan Kin Meng said: “Amongst the main property players exhibiting include IJM Land Berhad, KLK Land, LBS Bina Group, Mah Sing Group Berhad, Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad, OSK Property, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), PR1MA, Platinum Victory, Sime Darby Property Berhad, SkyWorld Development Berhad, to name a few.”
Also present at the press conference were Rehda Wilayah Persekutuan (Kuala Lumpur) chairperson Carrie Fong and immediate past chairperson Ra Adrina Mustaza.
The exhibition will showcase a Green Section with developments certified by GreenRE and feature family-friendly activities including lucky draws, board games, DIY jewellery, face painting, clown appearance and balloon sculpting, kids colouring and property-related talks. Admission is free.
