KUALA LUMPUR: OSK Property is paving its way to continue delivering quality homes to its buyers with its emphasis to improve the quality standard within the organisation.
This follows the success of Emira Residences in Shah Alam, which has a high-quality assessment system in construction (Qlassic) score of 80.28%, alongside three other projects scoring equally high marks.
The three projects are Luminari in Butterworth, Windmill Upon Hills in Genting and TinurBay in Kuantan.
Qlassic is a system developed by the Construction Industry Development Board to measure and evaluate the workmanship quality of a building construction work based on the Construction Industry Standard.

Located less than 1km from integrated transportation hub Penang Sentral, Luminari achieved a Qlassic score of 80% while Windmill Upon Hills, also scoring 80%, is 45km from Kuala Lumpur. TimurBay had a respectable Qlassic score of 76%.
