PETALING JAYA: Gamuda Land had struck a new deal with Maybank Islamic to enhance GL HOME, a homeownership campaign that was launched in October last year. 

The homeownership campaign is aimed at offering one-stop tailored solutions to assist purchasers in navigating through their various financing options to purchase their dream property.

With the addition of Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY, potential buyers do not need to pay any down payment, and no payment is required until the completion of the property.

They are also able to lock in today’s property price for the next five years and secure a 100% loan margin when they are ready to purchase. Potential buyers just need to pay three months of security deposit and low monthly payments when they move in.

Gamuda Land CEO Ngan Chee Meng said, “We foresee that the option of Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY through GL HOME is especially attractive to young, first and second-time homebuyers. The scheme gives our buyers better cash flow by paying low monthly instalment and yet, are able to lock in today’s property price while enjoying capital appreciation five years later.”
