KUALA LUMPUR: Lake City by Country Garden is set to provide an upgraded, holistic, and sustainable living experience for future residents. It is one of the pioneer projects to follow the HOPSCA concept that refers to the “Hotel, Office, Park, Shopping Mall, Connectivity and Apartments” community.
Its grand launching over the weekend drew a good crowd of potential house buyers, giving them choicier opportunities to select their future homes in addition to enjoying attractive early bird packages. The success of Lake City, located in KL North, continues to grow with a majority of its Phase 1 units, named Aradia, officially sold during the event.
Lake City emphasised the creation of a complete neighbourhood that adopts urban functions and integrates with the external city through an efficient transportation system, thus reducing the need to commute. The Lake Promenade will also provide healthy living options for residents such as jogging and cycling amenities.
A big part of this emphasis is also put on providing residents with a smart living through the smart community app that provides intelligent access to residents. The app eliminates the need for physical passes or tags as owners are equipped with access to their homes and community spaces within the compound via face recognition capabilities.
The app can also be used to send lifts to the lobby once residents pass through the residence’s gate. Convenience is further provided to visitors in the form of a QR code generated from the smart community app and sent to the visitors’ mobile devices, allowing them to take the lift directly to the designated floor.
