KUALA LUMPUR, 20th January – Concessionaire holder for the Lebuhraya Duta-Ulu Kelang (DUKE), Konsortium Lebuhraya Utara – Timur (KL) Sdn Bhd (KESTURI), in a statement today announced a 10 percent (%) toll discount in conjunction with the upcoming Chinese New Year on this 28th January.
This effort is an appreciation for the DUKE Highway user that will be back to hometown. In addition, this is the best platform for concessionaire to perform the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to give back to the community.
The 24 hours toll discount is offered to Class 1 vehicles only beginning at 12.01 am to 11.59 pm on Saturday, 28th January 2017.
Speaking of the announcement, Datuk Seri Lim Keng Cheng, Executive Director of KESTURI added, “This initiative is to give more value to the DUKE’s highway users who have supported since eight years ago.”
KESTURI and the entire Ekovest Berhad Group would to wish all Malaysians a Prosperous Chinese New Year and have a safe and pleasant drive home during this festive season. This is align with five Road Safety Action Plan 2014 – 2020 which highlighted the safety of the road user during festive season.
