With 20 past, current and future residential areas development in hand, Seri Pajam Development is known for their experience. Nusa Twelve looks to be another housing area that is under their care, and the design so far looks more than decent. Despite being a huge residential area, the traffic promises to be smooth. Rush hours might lengthen the journeys, but only for a few minutes. The neighbourhood is looking to be quite an exclusive one, though security measures are a bit too early to be identified.
