Being part of the older developments, this housing area's developer and completion date are lost in record.The houses in Taman TKK were clearly targeted toward the upper middle class, as the houses here consist of double storey bungalows with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with built-ups of at least 4,000 sf and land areas of at least 5,000 sf. The prices of these homes vary in lieu with their sizes, of which the intermediate ones cost at least RM480,000 and the corner lots at least RM720,000.An advantage of buying a home in an older development such as Taman TKK is the fact that most of the houses are at least partially furnished with light and fan fixtures, bathroom amenities and kitchen cabinets. Many of these homes have also been renovated to include both a wet and dry kitchen. Some of the houses that are being sold as partially furnished also come with TV cabinets and such, which justifies its higher price.Being a more than 20 years old housing development, Taman TKK was not designed to be a gated and guarded community and neither does it have a playground. It is however close to the famous beaches of Port Dickson, which is a much better entertainment than a playground. The closest medical centre is 20 minutes away at Port Dickson Hospital, while Malay and Chinese eateries are abundant. National schools are also aplenty for children of all ages.Taman TKK is a very well located housing development, as the main road that serves it is Jalan Pantai where all the major hotels are located. This main road connects to the Seremban - Port Dickson Expressway, which connects to both Seremban and Kuala Lumpur. Public transportation within the town itself is sketchy, therefore, owning your own transport is vital in getting around.

Taman TKK is an excellently located housing development, as it is located close to the tourist beaches of Port Dickson. Although it is situated in a popular area, traffic is never an issue even during peak periods as Port Dickson is more of a local haunt than an expat tourist area. In fact many of the residents prefer riding around on a bicycle instead; all the more better to enjoy the sea air.Taman TKK is considered as one of the higher end housing developments in Port Dickson as can be seen from the build of the houses. Although it is situated close to the common flood areas, this housing area has never been affected by floods before unlike the lower end developments such as Taman Wawasan and Taman Muhibbah.Houses in Taman TKK make excellent purchases as Port Dickson is a tourist area and vacation home rentals are highly popular. Expats looking for a permanent home in the district would also do well to find a home here, otherwise for the same price range they can go for smaller units at newer developments such as the homes at Bandar Dataran Segar which designs are far more modern.
