Mercato is a development of TH Properties, a firm which is responsible for creating the 5,119 acre Bandar Enstek township. This firm was commenced in the year 2010 and it's a wholly owned firm of Pilgrim's Fund Board (Lembaga Tabung Haji). To date this developer has offered almost 1,784 homes in just this township alone and there are more projects that are yet to come in near future.
