Analysis
Taman Desa is a matured but still growing neighbourhood. Most residential here are built way back in the 80s, and there are still new developments going on in the vicinity. The area has a good middle-class mix. The area is favored because of its location which is nearby to prime commercial spots like Mid Valley City and KL city centre. In terms of investment, Faber Heights is good for rental yield strategy. Most owners claimed that their units can be easily rented out for at least RM1,000 for a bare unit. A studio unit here fetched up to RM1,300 depending on the furnishing. On the other hand, its capital appreciation is almost nil for several years. And there is no potential for its price to rise further due to its aging factor and new supply in the vicinity.
