Its past developments include Faber Ria, Faber Heights, Casa Desa, and Danau Murni to name a few. Danau Idaman is loved by locals, as well as a few groups of expatriates – the Arabs and the Africans. It is in demand because of its strategic location as well as decent design. Because of these foreigners, demand for rental is quite good and delivers decent rental yield for investors. However, if you are looking for better rental yield (and also better in other things), you should probably opt for Danau Permai, as it is claimed to offer better living experience with pool, gardens and lake view. It is much more preferred by the expatriates.
