    The CEO of Faber described Armada Villa as the new millionaire's row of Taman Desa. This is not an exaggeration as one unit would literally cost you millions. The contracting developers, being Faber have had a long-standing presence in Taman Desa since way back in 1974. The developers are rather old-school and have garnered a reputation for developments which speaks for themselves. It is also noteworthy that the nearby development also by Faber which is Danau Villa, has almost doubled in price over the course of 8 years. Armada Villa itself is one of the last enclaves of unoccupied land in the vicinity of Taman Desa. Armada Villa would be Faber's second last development in the vicinity, with the final project being located on a 2.7-acre piece of land between Danau Villa and Armada Villa.
