The smallest unit measures at 1,540 sf Besides that, each unit also comes with two parking spots and there are four lifts serving at two separate lobbies which ensure it does not get crowded during peak hours.There are two wings in the building, and each wing is serviced by two lifts. It comes with the standard set of facilities which includes swimming pool, barbeque area, jogging track and cafeteria. The highlight of Abadi Ria is the space and privacy that is offered through limited number of units, two parking lots and more lifts. However, Taman Desa does not have the kind of presence that other, more upscale neighborhoods has. This could contribute to such a limited number of unit and generous space that Abadi Ria is offering, since the demand for the area is not as high. But the overall ‘feel’ of the neighborhood might negatively affect the aura of class that this development is trying to give.Taman Desa is also crowded with condominiums and apartment. Around Abadi Ria alone, there are three other condominiums which are Abadi Villa, Abadi Indah and Abadi Iris.
