    It says something when a local developer has managed to had a hand in so many projects outside of the country. That is certainly the case with Amcorp Properties, as they have developments in London which reiterates their reputation and stander. As for their local production: Kayangan Heights, Taman Bayu Mutiara, Taman Seri Rahang, Taman Desaria and Desa Villa Condominium make up a huge part of Amcorp family. All in all, with years, Seri Mutiara will surely be one of the best developments in this area.The way to the property is a bit disappointing though. Low-cost terrace units are on the either side of the road leading up to the place, and since that is the only access in and out, many people staying at Seri Mutiara would have to go throughout these houses first before coming in. Its lack of public transport is also a concern to potential occupants.However, the unique and fun layout applied to the units of Seri Mutiara is a big advantage as it offers something different. So does the 3-floor configuration and the huge built-up size. The many schools here and the many bedrooms will surely attract families to come and live in Seri Mutiara.
