Pancaran Nilai Sdn Bhd, the developers, were previously blacklisted by KPKT which is the housing development board. This was because they went against the decisions of the housing tribunal when settling disputes. Furthermore, some also state that the workmanship of their developments are questionable to say the least, some would even say it is shoddy.The majority of potential purchasers were turned off by the fact that despite that The Parc Tower is a LMC project, there were no promotions at all. Legal fees, stamp duties are all to be borne by the purchasers, on top of a RM20,000 booking fee. Some think that purchasing LMC projects upward of RM450 psf is just ludicrous. Others think that they're lucky to have any LMC projects to purchase at all, considering LMC are rare in the area.There is a low-cost apartment and soon to be built Flat Orkid located right beside The Parc Tower which has 20 storeys. Therefore only units above level 20 would have a view of KLCC, and not all as stated by the developer.
