Seputeh is really strategically located in a convenient location. It is being close to major prime shopping malls including Mid Valley Megamall, The Gardens and Bangsar. It sits at the intersection of four key highways leading towards most of the major areas in KL including the KL downtown. However, it can also mean that traffic can get a bit busy during the time when people driving to and leaving work.There are only 8 units in Robson Court and not many of them are available for sale or even for rent. However, the rental in that area is pretty high demanding more than 5% return. Despite being located in such a central location, the condo does not appreciate as much as those in the nearby Bangsar area. Given the condo has been there for quite a while, the upside potential seems a bit limited. However, if the proposed Monorail station is really put in place, the property price should be able to move further up.The size of 1,400 sf having 3 bedrooms is nice for couples with young kids. Being close to LRT stations, Robson Court also offers transportation convenience without the must to own a car. A majority of the residents are mainly small-sized families. The area is mostly occupied by local Chinese with some Japanese expatriates living there.Despite the fact that Robson Court being at a quiet and convenient location, it is also near to a Chinese cemetery and temple. Some condos in Seputeh may bear a view of the cemetery. Since Robson Court is only of 4 storey, the chance is much lower.
