Among all the condominiums in Seputeh, Le Chateau is the least preferred one, as it is just next to a cemetery - a Hokkien's cemetery, namely Kwong Tung Cemetery Park. Most of the units are facing the cemetery. Hence, if you are looking for one here, try to ask for the ones which facing Bangsar or Mid Valley City instead for better views. At just a glance, Le Chateau is quite a mess. The paint has already faded and the plants within the compound are not maintained. It seems like the management has done nothing at all.A rumour told that the site of Le Chateau is still an agriculture land and has not been converted to residential. This is due to the plan was not approved, which might be the reason why the owners claimed that they still do not receive their strata title. Even with all the drawbacks, it is undoubted that this is a nice place to stay within a tight budget. Where else can one finds a condominium with such greenery and calm feeling, but yet just minutes away from the busting city centre?
