Villa Crystal has an extremely sleek and modern facade. Meant to be a sanctuary that provides residents with the deepest feelings of calm and serenity, the development seems to have the goods to back up its claims. Flushed in warm yellow lighting and gold accents, Villa Crystal appears upmarket but is surprisingly more affordable compared to its neighbouring projects. Villa Crystal has many different unit layouts that appear to be quite popular with investors and buyers alike. Most of the smaller units have already been sold out. With built ups ranging from 1,155 sf to 1,614 sf, residents also get to choose from eight different and unique types of high ceilings for those with dreams of occupying a designer home. The only issues that seem to be a bit of a problem with this development would be the presence of a cemetery behind the development. Most of the buyers are not the least bit bothered by the location, citing that the benefits outweigh the cons. All units face west, which equates to less direct sunlight and a more cooling environment. Currently there is heavy traffic congestion in the area but this should be resolved with the new interchange and the demolishing of illegal squatters surrounding the area.
