Royal Selangor Club Kiara, Bukit Kiara Equesterian and KL Gold & Country Club are all under 15 minutes away.However, the choice of schools are the best with local and international schools being around the area of Anjali. Tago Malaysia managed to make themselves look like an experienced company with their image and presentation so far (such as the rebrand of Segambut to North Kiara), and that image is further strengthened with a rather ambitious and luxury development such as Anjali. However, the concern is that this is only their third development, with past projects being Aman Bali, also a luxurious project featuring six units of bungalow and Tago industrial park. Hence, their portfolio is rather modest.Anjali means divine offering in Sanksrit, and that is exactly what Tago is trying to offer to buyers as the development is nicely designed and peppered with the right facilities and finishings. Other positive things about this premise is the low density quality and the grand entrance, alongside the many amenities it is surrounded with, considering the proximity of Kepong and Mont Kiara.But the other side is not always greener, as concerns have arisen towards the location of Anjali, as it shares the same road with a public high school, a low-cost Prima Tiara apartment and an empty Azaran condominium. Other than that, a cemetery and a sewage treatment plant are also in the immediate area. Foreign squatters are also scattered in the place. This means that Anjali is situated in a rather undeveloped area, with small road that is congested with traffic at rush hours too. Exclusivity and the security of the area are not looking too good now.Despite all that, there have been talks of a new link to be built to connect Jalan Segambut and Mont Kiara. This has eased some worries. Further developments also have been said will take place, though only time will tell.Anjali is a great development for property hunters. Maybe investors should take a second look, as the location might need some time to be one that is ready for an upscale property such as Anjali.
