Pearl Point Condominium may be strategically located at the busy streets along Jalan Kelang Lama, which proposes as an investment opportunity as rental yields are good. It is more suitable for those who are single or those who look to rent out rooms to foreign workers or even outstation college students in their units extra income. However, it is not a suitable residence for families especially those with little children as 70% of the tenants there are foreigners mainly from China, India, Middle East, Africa and most of them are foreign workers. Although with 24 hours security, most people especially those with a family would not opt to stay there if given a choice even if the condominium is positioned at a strategic location.
