The developer of Desa Tiara, Vision Development Concept Sdn Bhd (VDCSB), is a medium- to high-end property developer which concentrates on projects with land size of less than 10 acres (small- to medium-scale project). Previously, they have completed housing developments in Muar and a joint-venture project in Taman Jus Perdana, Melaka.
