As the headquarters of BSN, the building is strategically situated and easy to get to. For the general public, driving or taking public transportation will have no problems finding this building. Parking however, can be a problem along this stretch even with the two open-air car parks available. There are currently no lettable areas in Wisma BSN. The building is fully occupied by Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN). However, for comparison, the rentals at Wisma Selangor Dredging and Menara TA One are asking for RM6.80 psf and RM6.50 psf respectively. Amenities are aplenty with shopping malls like KLCC Suria Shopping Mall and Avenue K nearby.
