The news on the development has been sprawled across major newspapers and online media for some years now. However, there is no official launch announced by the developer themselves. According to Tan from Yuk Tung Group, they have wanted to launch the development for about a year now (from 2011) and have not finalized whether to keep the project or sell it. There is a potential that they might keep the serviced apartment for recurring income and they are in talks with serviced apartment operators and yet to decide on this. Not only that, he also added that there is also a possibility that it might be converted into hotel as well – in which they are talking to investors about the idea even though they claimed that they are not interested to sell the project.
