Menara Carigali is a development under phase 2 of the KLCC project which is developed by the KLCC Properties Holding Berhad (KLCCP). This tower consists of 58-storey, in which 6-level of it will be extended to the Suria KLCC shopping mall and the rest of the above levels will be comprising office spaces. This development costs around RM1 billion and the developer KLCCP has awarded a RM665 million contract for the superstructure to Daewoo Engineering and Construction on January 2009. Besides, the architecture of Menara Carigali also has been assigned to Pellie Clark of Pellie Architects by KLCCP. Since the location of the tower is sleek with plenty of amenities and excellent transportation provided here, it has attracted the interest of most of the expatriates and professions even though the office tower is not officially available for rent.
