Tan & Tan Developments is an established and trusted developer owned by IGB, a main board listed company in Bursa Malaysia. The developer has involved in loads of residential development all over Kuala Lumpur as well in other parts of the region including Desa Kudalari, Tara, Fernlea Court, Hampshire Park, Desa U-Thant, 39 Lingkungan U-Thant, Kenny Vale, Desa Damansara 2, and Damai Terrace to name a few. Looking at the layout of Hampshire Place in the show unit, the finishing and space utilization seem to be good, just like most Tan & Tan previous products.
