They highlighted that the service delivered are great, the room is spacious, lots of amenities can be found within walking distance and it is strategically located in the heart of KL City Centre. Some commented that the bathroom is very clean but not as modern compared to other top notch hotels within the city center like Le Meridien.Besides that, some complained that service delivered is quite slow. One of them claimed that it took two hours and two phone calls before they got their requested adapter. But overall, the service provided by the hotel's staffs is great. A guest said that he called the hotel service to ask for direction to one of KL's major attraction, he received more than the information that he needed, plus a tip for him to eat the best Satay in town.Depending on the floor, residents will suffer noise pollution from the clubs at night and the roads nearby. Some even claimed that they have to bear intolerable noise at the cafe on 22nd floor while having their breakfast. Another complaint heard is about the hotel's breakfast. There are only few breads, cereals and pastries served. For additional meat and eggs, you have to fork out around RM12, which is expensive. Traffic congestion in front and surrounding of Ascott Kuala Lumpur is quite bad. It is badly congested during peak hours due to the road is utilized by thousands of users to commute to work, leisure and clubbing.
