There are not many satisfactions heard about The Maple Suite, as most feedbacks were bad. One of the occupants claimed that there were ants in his room. It took him 6 days to make the management changed him into another room. Besides that, he also claimed that the room was not very clean, the access card did not work properly and the staffs were not friendly. Other occupants complained that the building is just too tired and run down, toilet blocked, air-conditioners block, power cuts, and not working phones.
