Analysis
Villa Manja is beautifully design adjacent to modern and tropical homes philosophies. Its facade is done with tall windows and contemporary roof. Besides that, it uses tempered glass for the railing and the stair balustrade. It also allocates quite large area for garden. The surrounding neighborhood area is nicely landscaped with lush greenery. Villa Manja is way better than the developer's previous Sunway SPK Damansara terrace houses in terms of layout and location. But comparing Villa Manja to any residential in Desa ParkCity, the latter is way better in terms of landscaped, facilities, amenities and layout. At similar price range, one should also compare to The Ridgewood.
