    The concept of Lagenda Mas Villa is something new in our country. One house, two generations. The developer is trying to tap a niche market, which a son wants to live with his elders but still want to have his own family space. The idea is great although most people will find it strange to live under one roof, but actually living separately (e.g. watch different TV, eat separately, et cetera). Some may find the development of Lagenda Mas Villa similar to Taman Lagenda Mas in Cheras from Mutiara Goodyear. The fact is, it is not. Not even the same developer.

    Lagenda Mas Villa的设计概念在我国仍算新颖,把一套房子划分开来,并容纳两代人同住,发展商尝试打进小众市场,目标买家是那些成家后依然想与父母同住的人。这个概念创新且好,虽然不少人认为有些奇怪,一家人同住一屋檐下,却各自生活,如分开吃饭、看电视节目等。也有人认为,Lagenda Mas Villa与蕉赖Mutiara Goodyear发展的Taman Lagenda Mas项目相同,其实两者完全不同,甚至也不是来自同一个发展商的作品。
