Analysis
The concept of Lagenda Mas Villa is something new in our country. One house, two generations. The developer is trying to tap a niche market, which a son wants to live with his elders but still want to have his own family space. The idea is great although most people will find it strange to live under one roof, but actually living separately (e.g. watch different TV, eat separately, et cetera). Some may find the development of Lagenda Mas Villa similar to Taman Lagenda Mas in Cheras from Mutiara Goodyear. The fact is, it is not. Not even the same developer.
