Vista Hatamas is a medium cost apartment development located in Bukit Mahkota, Cheras. While that particular area is still raw, mature townships can be found around the leasehold property. Jiwa Mewah, under the directives of Hata Holdings, had constructed Vista Hatamas until its completion date in October 2008.Three blocks are fixed on the land of Vista Hatamas in total, with each block standing at a 8-storey height. Low-density is a plus nowadays and Vista Hatamas has that craved quality as only 210 units reside in the whole estate. That points to a total of only 70 units on each block, or specifically 10 units on each floor. Upon completion, the units were slapped with the attractive price package of RM100,000.The security level of Vista Hatamas is up to par as a constant security watch is employed within this gated and guarded setting. Other than the residents's safety, the security personnel also watch over the facilities available in the property, such as at the multipurpose hall, the children's playground, the surau and the commonly-found car park.As all the properties in Kuala Lumpur, amenities would not be a problem for residents at Vista Hatamas. Nearby malls are Econsave, Cheras Sentral, Leisure Mall and Tesco Extra, perfect for grocery and general shopping. SRK Taman Cuepacs, SK Taman Puteri, SRK Taman Bukit Teratai, SK Taman Segar and Sri Cempaka International School are the schools close by, offering a healthy mix of local and international institutions. Meanwhile, Cempaka College and UCSI are the tertiary options. Pantai Cheras Medical Centre would then be the nearby medical stop for the residents of Vista Hatamas.Although buses and taxis service this area of Vista Hatamas, a nearby LRT train station is lacking. The nearest would be 5 km away, the Pandan Indah LRT station, and an upcoming MRT station is being built as of 2014. The connecting highways are aplenty, with MRR2, East - West Express Link, Cheras - Kajang Highway, Seremban Highway and KESAS Highway all being available.

Bukit Hatamas and Tiara Hatamas are some, amongst the few, developments by Hata Holdings. Although their reputation as a developer is not too fresh, it is not spectacular either. Apart from Villa Hatamas, they are only producing low to medium cost properties. This means that they are quite inferior to other developers. However, major complaints have not been heard. The hope is that although they are relatively small, they still deliver high-quality results. Villa Hatamas should present as the apt measurement tape in which Hata Holdings can be judged on.The neighborhood of Vista Hatamas is certainly not a sumptuous one. Across the street that fronts the property, wild, littered and quite rural green area is found. This type of space is apparently many in the area. This gives the area a little bit of an eerie feeling. Nearby developments are a terrace house one, and a low-cost apartment, and the new Tiara Hatamas neighbours Vista Hatamas. Despite the healthy number of nearby developments, the area still have a long way to go in order to be considered as a growing township. At the moment, it does not even look like that it is going to grow.Conversely, if the rumor is true about how the future is going to bring more developments to the area, this would be a welcoming thought. Larger population can be the foundation of a lively community, thus it would only mean good things for Vista Hatamas. The connectivity (many highways) and the upcoming MRT station are certainly game-changers. Also, Vista Hatamas enjoys the low-density quality, ticking more boxes for the development.
