As this area is sought after by both locals and expatriates, this creates good potential investment value for Sri Bayu. However, if you believe in the art of geomancy, then you may want to steer away from it. According to a geomancy study, as it is within a horseshoe embrace of Jalan Medang Tanduk, it is good if it faces the concave of the road. However, facing the hills is not good. Although this is a bit contradictory, this may put some people off, especially if they are firm believers of this art.
