Sri Mahkota does not offer any fascinating view from the window or balcony. The views of KLCC and KL skyline are blocked by Embassyview, Menara Perkeso, Great Eastern Mall and M Suites. The best views should be the south side as that boast Ampang Hilir neighborhood. Besides that, Sri Mahkota is very old and looked run down. Most units here have undergone major refurbishment and renovation. But it does not change the fact that it is very old. Adding to that, Sri Mahkota is lacking of facilities like new and modern condominium nowadays. And the saddest part is that a unit only comes with a single car park bay. Imagine that you own a million dollar house, but you can only choose to park only 1 of your cars. Perhaps the management will consider extra car park at certain charges – which shall be on top of the hefty RM700 you pay for maintenance fee.
