If you are looking for an upscale residence and a prestigous address to match, Dedaun is the perfect location. The area caters to expats, dignitaries and high-earners, so exclusivity and luxury are definitely part and parcel of this prime location. Dedaun is a walking distance from commercial areas and important facilities like medical centres, schools and restaurants. Gleneagles Hospital is a minute away, while private and international educational facilities like Sayfol International School are just 3 minutes away. Banks and other amenities are also conveniently located along Jalan Tun Razak, a mere 4 minutes away by car. While there are plenty of facilities, traffic near Dedaun may be a bit of a problem during peak hours as it is usually backed up on Jalan Ampang, Jalan Ampang Hilir and Jalan Tun Razak. Access is not a problem though due to the availability of several connecting highways, namely the Lebuhraya Smart highway and the AKLEH (Ampang KL Elevated Highway).
