Skudai Villa is a middle cost apartment located in the vicinity of Skudai. Currently this residence has a subsale price of RM270,000 which is quite high considering the current condition of the apartment. Besides, this residence also has a monthly rental of RM800 and above. This is due to the recent development of Legoland nearby this vicinity, which eventually increased the property value in this area. Most people who owns a house here also arranges accommodation together with trip to Legoland in order to rent out their home on a short term basis. Skudai Villa is also located quite close to University Of Southampton, which makes it an convenient accommodation for the students. Even though located strategically nearby numerous amenities, yet this residence is not well maintained as there are issues with the car park and lift.
