Previously, the rental yield for Prima Regency was very high, at approximately 8 to 12%. However, as the property has appreciated significantly while the rental stagnated; it is less of a viable option to buy-and-rent now. Despite the past opportunity for rental gains, there is still potential for capital appreciation as it is located near several reputable developments. Security would not be much of an issue as the location is in very close proximity to a police station.
