The location is very strategically situated in a sense that whatever one needs to do, one does not need to travel very far. It is out of town therefore not exactly very close to the hotspots, but it is a worthy trade off considering the condominium is well equipped with facilities, well priced and have a low density as the entire development is built on a whopping 17 acres of land.
