Larkin Utama has acquired the reputation of one of the most poorly maintained apartments in town. There are many burnt out lightbulbs in the premises, on the corridors of several floors and lifts as well. The swimming pool is not maintained properly as the water is not changed at a hygienic pace, only once in a very blue moon. The management says that it is due to the fact that the tenants refuse to pay their maintenance fees on time that they are unable to upkeep the premises.
